Tuesday's Healthy Tootie Treat #9: U got 2 Move it, Move it!

I've heard it said that eating pussy is like dealing with the mafia: one slip of the tongue and you're in deep shit!

Well, Pussies & Playmates, I'm here to report another of my healthy learnings and this one may not be supah sexxay - but it'll increase your sexy factor if u take good care ... of your colon.

I discovered the National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse website. According to them: "Constipation is defined as having a bowel movement fewer than three times per week." Sheeet, if my system only releases once a day I'm feeling irregular.

According to an article I discovered on Buzzle.com: Sex & Colon Cleansing: How One Affects the Other. "It’s no surprise that when you’re not feeling healthy, many of life’s joys can be left behind, and in many cases, it’s the sex drive that goes." GASP! HORRORS! We can't have that!


So, here are a few tips to keep the pipes open according to WebMD:
  • Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless fluid restricted).
  • Try warm liquids, especially in the morning.
  • Add fruits and vegetables to your diet.
  • Eat prunes and/or bran cereal.
  • If needed, use a very mild stool softener or laxative

Lol, thats a good one right there.

Also regular movement like walking jogging or excercise helps your bowls to clear stool.

That's not just pussy help right there, that's just good business for everybody! It just makes me feel better to be completely "cleaned" out.
